For new clients. We require three private lessons focusing on form, fundamentals, safety, and client goals. After completion, clients may continue with private instruction or move into group classes

with instructor approval.

Three lessons for $240 per person

Private Lesson

A one-on-one lesson. Attention to form, fundamentals and the specific goals of the client.

Clients new to Pilates or new to the studio are required to begin with private instruction prior to joining a larger group.

$80 per person

Duet Lesson

Two clients sharing a lesson.

$45 per person

Trio Lesson

Three clients sharing a lesson.

$35 per person

Group Class

Four clients sharing a lesson.

$28 per person

Cancellation Policy

A twenty-four-hour notice is requested. If a cancellation is made less than twenty-four hours prior to start time,

the client will be charged for the missed class.
